Remove all other unused sections from the horizontal menu #55

In the home of AMKN should't appear the menu with options "Daily Weather Simulation", "Climate change impacts" and "Long term adaptation". this options will implement for a next Milestone.

No... I think the menu should be still appearing but so far, only the home link there. Do you remember that I ask you for your help on the Data & Tools section? This information is going to be in that menu.

So, I'm afraid I'm not close this issue yet.

I updated the horizontal menu, now it only has two options(home, data & tools). Those changes are in lab.amkn.org. @htobon you say if we can close this issue.

Please always mark those issues you consider finished as fixed, and then ask me if I should close them or not.
