"Zoom to CCAFS Region" functionality is broken #62

when click on the button "Zoom to CCAFS Region" appear the diferent regions but at time to choose one, the window disappear.

Tested in the lab version with Chrome and the problem persists.

this functionality was fixed but it still has a problem with the actions. When clicked in diferent options, the map becomes corrupted. This problem appeared with arcgis updated, the problem is with the map.centerAt() and map.centerAndZoom() functions.

the issue #60 has the same problem with the use of those functions.

I'm afraid we need to find a solution for this... What do you propose?

This issue was resolved. This functionality is working in amkn.org

and why is this issue opened?
