Include the information of latitude, logitude and iso alpha 3 to the countries and regions in the location dimension

[x] Include the information in the marlo tables (loc_elements)
[x] Update the queries
[x] Update ETL
[x] Test it

Validating the information in the MARLO table, I realize that the information about the region of each country was incomplete. The information in the MARLO table is updated according to the definition of the regions of the m49 standard of the United Nations https://unstats.un.org/unsd/methodology/m49/
