As part of the Action points defined in the previous f2f meeting in August 2019. We would like to define and propose a proper process on how to close projects in MARLO.

For this purpose, we are going to prepare a 1-page document (if possible) which describes the proper way to complete or cancel a project and we will share it with a smaller group of volunteers: PIM: Pascale, WLE: Emma, MAIZE/WHEAT/EiB: Shaylyn, LS: Helen/Caroline.

From this document, we may receive technical requirements to implement in the system.

Deliverable:

  1. Document describing best practices to close projects
  2. Technical Work-plan after feedback

Move to Review when: When waiting others to respond. Move to Closed when: When both deliverables are completed.
