Issue description.

[ ] Insert information on tables to create metadata in MARLO for general dashboard
[ ] Publish general dashboard on production power bi environment
[ ] Create and send e-mail to CCAFS group

Deliverable: General Dashboard on MARLO PROD for CCAFS and email sent Move to Review when: Email is written for Hector's revision and approval. Hector's approval on dashboards Move to Closed when:: Email sent and dashboard on CCFAFS MARLO.

It is not possible to deliver the dashboard for just One CRP. Thus, the deliver will be for all CRPs, but not in the sprint: Aug 28 - Sep 3 8 days ago.
