Help text in Budget section in Planning. #285

By Laura Cramer:
Grey box states “Note that this section illustrates the budget breakdown 
among all project participating partners…” I would modify this since it 
really only shows the partners receiving budget directly from CIAT, right? I 
know the next sentence explains this but the two sentences seem contradictory. 
Maybe change first sentence to “This section illustrates the budget breakdown 
among partners receiving funds directly from CIAT.” 

Actions: Modify the text to: “This section illustrates the budget breakdown 
among partners receiving funds directly from CIAT.” 
But first, ask David or anyone in the Steering committee if we are actually 
asking for partners receiving budgets directly from CIAT.

This issue was implemented in a different way taking into consideration the 
help text provided by Tonya.
