Remove users and add a new one #302

From wiebke's email: "Christine Jost and Patti are not under FP4 – management 
liaison drop down BUT Ioannis should be there".

Actions: Remove Crhistine Jost and Patti Kristjanson from the list of users. 
And add Ioannis to be part of PF4.

Done,
Christine and Patti were removed from the database 
And Ioannis was added under the FP4.
