Improve visualization of Projects ID and Activity ID #306

Locate the Project ID and the Activity ID in the top-right corner in order to 
improve the visualization and let the user knows to which project they are 
entering the information at any moment.

Plus, it would be great to include some how, a way to visualize the Project and 
Activity Title.

Please talk to David in order to re-locate this components.
Plus, the Activity icon is displaying the Activity description rather than the 
title.
So, please fix that too.

Why do you close this issue? What happened with the project identifier that you propose?
