Add placeholder in the project partner section #334

Many projects seems to have the Aarhus university as partner because the list 
don't   have a placeholder.

The change in the code was implemented in r1546. 

I am going to check which projects have the Aarhus university as partner in 
order to confirm with the project leader if we should remove that partner or if 
that is correct.

As part of the regional workshops the project leaders removed all the records 
of the Aarhus University from the list of project partners.
