Disclaimer message in login section

We should include a disclaimer message in the login section so users are informed that all the information filled in P&R will be freely available through different dissemination channels. Thus, everything need to be well spelled and understandable for any audience.

@hernandcb, @carlosmartinezmoreno May you please help me to make this message? Perhaps ask Vannessa or perhaps Jose Luis?

Some ideas here:

• You can exit the survey at any time and return to complete it later.
• What you write will be automatically disseminated when the planning cycle ends.
• The data uploaded here will be handled based on the CCAFS Open Access and Data Management Policy.
• By completing this questionnaire, you are indicating your consent to disseminate the information reported.
