9 years ago - [x] Wiebke: Target value and narrative for 16/17 should be mandatory and the page preset to 2016.
- [x] Wiebke: If an additional region of FP was ticked and you select a new 2019 outcome, then at least one indicator and MOG need to be selected.
- [x] Wiebke: If I selected the global option - then on this page in the drop down the outcome needs to be renamed FP4 global - outcome 2019 #1.
- [x] Wiebke: Make all of this mandatory - including planning all years.
