The new ToC visited indicator only populates during one session. If resuming a lesson, the ToC indicators would be all cleared and not reflect student's previous run. Need to set them based on the time spent on each ToC item's following page. When student resumes in the middle of a lesson and eventually returns to the ToC, the next indicated heading will then be the correct one.
