Lesson Review option #146

Some students have requested a way to review a lesson after running, including one that's already been finalized. Maybe add a transcript view of a lesson that shows the questions they answered and feedbackse. Include a list of the questions they got right/wrong so they could jump to their wrong questions for review. Only questions they answered (from a particular lesson run) could be shown. So, not everything like LessonText.

Option for student to review specifically the questions they got wrong rather than redoing the entire lesson. They get a report that's a pared down version of LessonText with only the questions they actually did.

When a student resumes a lesson or 'backs' up to a previously answered question they will get the non-interactive transcript version of the question. E.g., multiple choice would display with a mark of the answer they gave as well as the feedback for their answer or, if wrong, feedback for wrong then feedback for right. Only popups will be active. Choice buttons, Grade Answer, etc will not be available.
