Splash screen explaning lessons/quizzes #149

Goal is to explain what students will/can do with a CALI lesson since LessonLink students can start a lesson and have no explanation. Add a splash screen (modal style) to the Viewer for any lesson or quiz. This explains what a CALI Lesson/Quiz is, pointers to videos, etc. The popup could load a page from Drupal for easy maintenance of the content. Applies to CALI, Quizzes and Self-published lessons.

With the change where lessons will start on the About page, include the link to popup this video in addition to the new Next button. Need a video from John on this. Hopefully 90 seconds.

@sgoshorn Let's not wait for this. You should get the other updates in place and deployed and we can add this when the video is ready.

And the updates @sgoshorn is working on now should be done before the video is put together so it reflects what the student is seeing.
