OLE Project changes

Some changes need to be made to the Viewer to support running in the OLE project and within frames.

• Ensure proper browser permissions to allow viewer to save to another site from frame
• Support parameters to pass to lesson landing page from embedder to control aspects of the viewer: -- User id (to embed in score save data) -- User name (to display on screen in top bar and score certificate screen) -- Top bar toggle (to hide CALI logo/user name which takes up space) -- Destination URL to upload score save data -- Full/partial data toggle: option to turn off the full data - just user id, question total, question right, bookmark.

Added name, id and save parameters.

name=user's display name which appears at top and in score certificate. runid=some unique id, included in the save data as well. save=url where posting the score XML data, runid included in tag
