Handle variables and scripting:

• [ ] Check if lesson uses scripts/variables and initialize variables to defaults
• [ ] Variables loaded/saved in new ScoreSave section
• [ ] NextPage as system variable to control flow
• [ ] Text blocks for question and feedbacks can contain script or immediate value chunks
• [ ] Short answer variation > strings or numbers that can be stored in variables
