Upgrade CanMap/List #103

Need to use code-mods to upgrade all CanMap/Lists to DefineMap and DefineList. This will unify and help the current code base as well as future CanJS upgrades will be much easier.

[x] Vars creation as expected in Vars tab
[x] Vars editing as expected in Vars tab
[x] Vars deletion as expected in Vars tab
[x] Vars upload of HD cmp file as expected in Vars Tab
[x] Vars in logic work as expected

Still need to test vars in Templates Tab
