Can insert the GUID in header and footer, no error with 01/08.2021 version, but get a different GUID experience than rich text element.

In header/footer GUID shows GUID + Friendly Name In rich text, only friendly name is shown

When assembled, in rich text element, the GUID is encircled by a red box and shows "friendly name" But in header/footer, actual GUID shows.

This is low priority b/c I don't think Legal Nav people are using GUIDs in headers/footers and they use the JSON file anyway, but it is a difference in how GUIDs work in two sections of our DAT

Check to make sure new Legal Nav GUID/URL styling works in headers and footers too *just in case they use headers and footers
