Revision Notes (input field) does not retain carriage returns from legacy ckeditor #127

In A2J 7.0-2021-01-28stage, carriage returns from the existing ckeditor Revisions Notes input field now appear as

, or were omitted entirely.

Per discussion with Mike: Upgrade to textarea. Should be similar to field type text (long)
