Regression in 'Revision Notes:' field #170

Two minor regression issues exist in the Revision Notes textarea:

  1. Extra carriage returns have been added between each line image

  2. An ampersand (such as in Maverick & Mitchell) is not converted to &, thus corrupting the xml

    • Note that this may not actually be a regression, as I am unsure if I'd ever tried it before. Either way, it corrupts the file.

Noticed in production version 7.0-2021-02-16
