Add another button to Publish tab that allows author to download answers currently in debug panel + interview files all in a zipped file (mostly for use in testing on viewerdev)
Save the answers as answers.anx (what about if answers.anx already exists in the all files for that interview? Can we append a 1, 2, etc?)
Sync up publishedversion key on both of them so that this new zipped file contains the same key on the answers.anx file and the guide.json file.
