Bump version to 8.0.0 #261

Implementing #238 is technically a breaking change and to be consistent with semver, requires an increment of MAJOR version number. This was implemented in this commit https://github.com/CCALI/a2jauthor/commit/98e5e0fcf9b4ef8a075ebeda337dc734ce88d7bd
