Need to add an icon to the Map that indicates which question is the starting point of the interview. Something as simple as "START" either in a circle above that 1st page with an arrow connecting it or an indicator on the page modal itself that shows it's the starting point.
Why we need this -- author emailed saying their 1st page previews fine from that page, but when they run it in preview mode from the beginning or test it once published, the 1st page is skipped. I checked and the "Starting Page" on the Steps tab was set to the 2nd page. But when the author checked the Map - which is supposed to give a full representation of the flow of the interview -- it looked like everything was set up properly to have "1-English or Spanish" kick off the interview. In actuality, 1b-Introduction was the first page of the interview.
