Templates misbehave in Firefox 108.0.2 #373

for the attached guide in firefox 108.0.2 the PDF templates are opening like a text template and saying they were empty and occasionallz opening like empty pdf templates. The DAT is responding to firefox requests with 206 (partial data) and chrome requests with (200 or 304). Issues not observed in chrome A console error may appear and author may crash:
