PDF Templates missing repeat loop options for true false, date, multiple choice, and number variables #106

Currently only text variables allow the author to group variables to be used in a repeat loop.

We need to add this functionality for true false, date, multiple choice, and number variable types.

Here is a sample interview with those variable types in place in the template and the interview. Repeat Loop Example for May 2021 Monthly New User Webinar (2).zip

I'd like some additional information on whether this is a bug or an enhancement + an estimate of complexity to add these variable types to repeating fields in the DAT PDF Templates. We're going to be highlighting the DAT a lot in 2022 with our accessibility improvements.
