deprecated matomo function needs replacement #166

Console error below is presented when running the viewer

piwik.js:12 setGenerationTimeMs is no longer supported since Matomo 4. The call will be ignored. The replacement is setPagePerformanceTiming.

Not clear which reports are being impacted

Looks like it only gives intermittently blank data on the Avg Page Load Time column in * Pages but even then much of the data seems reasonable
