Using Question Bank - prevent me from adding the same question to My Question list #147

When I visit the Question Bank I can select again (and again) the same question for "my questions."

The result is duplicate questions in "my questions" list. It seems this shouldn't happen. I should get a "you already have this" type reminder language.

@dquentel How about a message that says You already have this, do want another copy? for the situation where I copy a question and then edit it but then want to go back and get a fresh copy of the same question. I'm thinking about teachers who have multiple sections of the same class and want to use a slightly different version of the question for each section.

@emasters Excellent idea. Yes, the grab a question--edit it -- and want a fresh version situation is important.
