Display Unit of Measure in Flight Planner #832

Open GoogleCodeExporter opened 8 years ago

GoogleCodeExporter commented 8 years ago
The Flight Planner tab in Mission Planner 1.2.27 uses units of measure based on
(I think) the user's preferences set in the configuration tab. These units are
(again, I think) applied differently to Home Location, Mouse Location, and
entries under the Waypoints table. It is essential that the unit of measure be
displayed on this page in each section for safety. An incorrect assumption
regarding whether the home location or any individual waypoint altitude is
determined in meters/feet could be disastrous. Thank you for your attention to
this matter.

can you give an example of where you think its wrong?
i have double checked and it will be in the unit you have selected. on the
config screen. the home location is derived when the autopilot initilizes. the
mission planner just has it as a ground reference point.
