Loss of Map Data - 404

After a loss of telemetry or a power cycle of the APM2 Mission Planner losses 
the Google Map image. When I reconnect to the APM2 with telemetry OR the image 
does not return. Mission Planner must be restarted to see the map again. 

I discovered the problem while trying to program an APM failsafe upon a 
telemetry loss event. 

APM is powered on the input rail a high quality 5V UBEC. Servos are powered on 
the output rail by ESC.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Power on APM as usual, get GPS lock.
2. Connect Mission Planner (mav 1.0) via RFD900
3. Power Cycle APM2 or Telemetry Radio 
3. Reconnect MP to APM via telemetry 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I would not expect to get a 404 error in the mapping, I would definitely not 
want to restart MP, then reconnect telemetry to restore mapping

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Running stock arduplane 2.68. Running Mission Planner 1.2.33 in Windows 7 
(Ultimate, updated), on a Core I7 laptop at 1920x1080. T

his is not a new bug, I've seen it happen on the bench for months. This is the 
first time I've taken time to isolate steps to reproduce. Telemetry is over 
RFD900.

zoom out, and see if it still occurs

on zoom out I'm able to recover the map, thanks. 

With that, much less critical of a bug. Odd that it would get a 404 error on 
that event though.
