Hello,

Facing scalability issues of individual rules within the pipeline we were unsure if we could continue to support the updating of the database. However, it appears that a strategy to solve these challenges has been found. Accordingly, we are currently working on updating the dataset. We expect the dataset to be available at the end of this month/beginning of next month.

Hi Fernando, sorry to inform you that the version 2023_11_03 less sequences than expecyed. We will lunch a new version with more sequences by tomorrow or so. My apologies for any inconvenience.

Thanks again for your patience. PlSDB 2023_11_03_v2 is available now, with ~9000 additional sequences compared with 2023_11_03.
