Description of the bug
Need to include mouse essential genes and nonessential genes to Docker container and add flag for species in run: https://github.com/CCBR/CRISPRSeq_Screens/blob/master/resources/bagel/CEG_mouse.txt https://github.com/CCBR/CRISPRSeq_Screens/blob/master/resources/bagel/NEG_mouse.txt
