The time to complete netMHC is approximately 2 hours with three alleles and 4 kmers.

To determine if the software is spending more time due to allele # or kmer #, multiple iterations were performed.

Allele # is much more significant to time. RAY will be implemented with each allele running in parallel, with all submitted kmer lengths
