Updates the FAQs with instructions on how to use snakemake.log.jobby.short
Removed references to RNA-seek from troubshooting.md
Updated GUI instructions image with renee gui instead of renee_gui
Added Expected Output tab to doc website

@kopardev @kelly-sovacool Can either of you take a look at the updated FAQs (troubleshooting.md) and the expected output documentation I have added. Let me know if they look good or do I need to revise the docs.

I changed the changelog entry to use the PR number instead of the issue numbers, and also updated your initial PR comment to use "Resolves" for each issue so they will be closed when this is merged.
