Similar to MeteorClient's implementation, or a shulkerpeek module so when you hold a shulker it opens a mini gui just above the hotbar

Additional context

its driving me crazy not having this, i tried myself but it's way to complex for my coding skills

Would be nicer to use as an inventory tooltip (like it already exists in other mods) than a command imo.
