[BUG] InventoryCleaner SimulateInventory not working without AutoArmor SimulateInventory on #263

Describe the bug InventoryCleaner with the SimulateInventory option enabled not working without AutoArmor with SimulateInventory on

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Enable SimulateInventory in InventoryCleaner and turn the module on
  2. Doesn't work.
  3. Enable SimulateInventory in AutoArmor and turn the module on
  4. Works.

Now this issue can be closed, as the problem has been fixed.
