Describe your feature request.

When this feature is on, scaffold will alternate between different block stacks following the selected StackPriority option, which I have explained in this: https://github.com/CCBlueX/LiquidBounce/issues/2716 suggestion.

it looks funny. the legacy option to do this is called 'sortByHighestAmount'
