just made it better, inv cleaner is still slow because then it throws all of the fucking items out

I enabled Ignite, Extinguish, InvCleaner, AutoArmor and ChestStealer. I have no idea why these modules are always disabled, but it's annoying when they are off, especially Ignite is so fucking OP on Russian servers. Also fixed InvCleaner maximum blocks being at 512 and turned it down to 128 instead, as having too many blocks fills up the whole inventory.
