update blocksmc, vulcan and hypemc config #416

This blocksmc config pains me, have you even playtested it for silent flags? The second viafabricplus decides to function for me I will override it.

I've tested it, that's the reason why I uploaded it here. It works just fine for me. The only flag I've encountered is on slabs / fences etc.

You clearly haven't tested it enough. Speed silents, killaura autoblock silents (although rarely). Your scaffold tower config is completely wrong and hard flags, speed sometimes hard flags due to your config issue.

Speed flags only sometimes and tower doesn't flag if you're not going forward. I can play with this config for 15 minutes without bans, even if there is some staff online. In my entire testing there was not a single autoban. I've tested it a lot before publishing it, and I didn't had any problems that's why I published it to everyone. I can't fix a problem that I can't replicate. I don't have any problems with this config.

Speed flags all of the time. Test your bypasses before publicising them to hundreds to thousands of daily users.
