Whitelist Sticks in InvCleaner and ChestStealer #2691

Whitelist Sticks in InvCleaner because when i play SurvivalGames on a Server, and i want to Craft a Sword, with Sticks i can't because InvCleaner already throw out all Sticks, and ChestStealer doesn't even pickup Sticks from the Chests
