[FEATURE] Improve NCP bhop #3528

i wish they would do this with all the speed modes: https://streamable.com/8qn0x it also makes you go faster when you have speed quite a bit and that is a lot for NCP. you could probably go at least a little bit faster on AAC. and you can see there is more strafe control and faster direction changing. overall the movement improved.
