@cetola and @KeithMoyer: FYI. Also, please consider adding the rest of the SIG chairs mentioned in the doc as managers to this organization.

@DFrenkel Ah, I missed this before I opened PR #2, which includes a .pdf export of that google doc and a more detailed welcoming and governance pages.
