Missing dependency details #53

The error message is not specific enough. It would be nice and useful to know why it could not load a mod and how to fix it.

Not to mention that people are trained to ignore error messages. The fact that the mod is also still visible in the settings is confusing to people, see https://github.com/L-Sherry/French-CC/issues/3 for an example.
