New customizable user interface options.

Describe the changes you have made in this PR:

• This pull request includes the features that were previously left out in the customizable user interface PR.
• I have added the two features that were previously omitted:
  • Modified the visibility of the progress bar in the torrent tile.
  • Implemented tag selection methods: 1) single selection, 2) multi-selection.
• Both of these features were already present in the Flood web UI, so I have also implemented them in the mobile version.
• Migrate our codebase to new version of flutter 3.13.1
