Enhancement: Timer Completion Notifications with Restart Button

Description: The Ultimate Alarm Clock app now features timer completion notifications. When a timer reaches its end, users receive an alert indicating that the timer has finished. Additionally, the notification includes two actionable buttons:

->Dismiss: Allows users to dismiss the notification without further action. ->Restart: Enables users to restart the timer directly from the notification.

This enhancement enhances user control and provides a more intuitive experience within the Ultimate Alarm Clock app. 🕒🔔
