The e-Manual parser is a useful tool for downloading simple control tables from Robotis, but lacks a few features that would be useful:

Automatic conversion from "range" column (formatted as min~max) to "min" & "max"
Intuitive UI, with a visualisation of the control table (potentially user error-correcting & modification?)
