It would be nice to automatically build the GUI after a new commit, something that can be accomplished with Heroku

Using Travis CI now instead of Heroku

Need to update Travis configuration to add the build files to automatically generated releases, but otherwise this issue has been solved

Travis now automatically drafts a new release with the zipped application attached
