Pins 5&6 (exclusive-or 3&4) need to be swapped for correct operation of charge circuitry. See: https://github.com/CCHS-Melbourne/iotuz-esp32-hardware/issues/41

Fixed. We don't really need the MCP6002 so that whole section was simplified.
