There's a problem with the LiPo charge IC power-cycling with too high input voltage/charge current combination.
To be on the safe side, we should either put the maximum input to 9V for the barrel jack and/or set the PROG resistor (R204) to >=6.2kR which would limit overall charge current to 200mA.
