Thank you for this amazing tool. Had a small clarification regarding the usage. The website reads:
"After applying this example you would use T1_reorient.nii.gz, CT1_reorient_reg_bet.nii.gz, T2_reorient_reg_bet.nii.gz and FLAIR_reorient_reg_bet.nii.gz to proceed."
Is it a must that the T1 image(T1_reorient.nii.gz) should NOT be a brain extracted one here?
