Fix links in README #20

Links are broken in the stable/moc branch.

I think we will move away from using a "stable/moc" branch system, because the branch will quickly get out of sync with the master branch and who knows where code/fixes will be etc etc. I'm going to move the commits you found to the master branch local.conf and keep them commented by default. Thoughts?

I think for consistency we can keep using these commits, unless we have to update for some reason. Do we need "cutting edge" devstack for some other reason?

No, devstack version will stay stable pike. We implemented the commit thing for two reasons:

  1. Have a stable set of commits (as you've done)
  2. Easily modify openstack services, use your own repo, commit, etc
